As a result of poor daily nutrition, they are more vulnerable to illness and other health problems. The data clearly shows that the prevalence of malnutrition and nutrition-related diseases remains alarmingly high.

I am lactose intolerant. Is whey okay for me?
Whey protein isolate is generally well tolerated by individuals with lactose intolerance, as it contains only minimal amount of lactose. However, individual tolerance may vary.
Does the bar contain artificial sweeteners?
No, our bars do not contain artificial sweeteners.
Who makes the bars I am buying?
We make our bars in-house in small batches, giving us complete control over the quality of ingredients and ensuring they are used in the right proportions.
What is the shelf life of the bar?
The shelf life of our bars is 6 months.
